Meeting Sponsorship
GAP holds dinner meetings on a bi-monthly basis. The
meetings are held at Anthony's Restaurant, an authentic Antebellum house on three
acres of woodlands in the heart of Buckhead (3109 Piedmont Road). A
typical meeting consists of a plated-out, three course dinner. Each
meeting also features a speaker who discusses current events that effect the
paralegal profession.
The cost to attend a meeting is $30 for GAP members and $35 for
guests/non-members.
All GAP Members, as well as anyone interested in joining are
invited to join us at our next meeting.
Our Sustaining Affiliate (Sponsor)
members have the option of sponsoring a GAP meeting. This helps
offset our meeting cost, as well as provides greater exposure for your company.
Regular dinner meetings will be limited to
three non-competing Sponsors. Any
special events or special meetings of GAP may be co-sponsored by several
corporate Sponsors.
Each Sponsor will pay the Georgia Association of Paralegals
$500 as a Sponsor fee. This money will be used by GAP meeting costs and general working capital.
Each Sponsor will be encouraged to
invite guests and otherwise stimulate attendance at the sponsored meeting.
Guest tables of the Sponsor are limited to one table of nine at any meeting.
Potential paralegal members of GAP who are guests of the sponsor at this table
may attend at the member rate of $30. The benefits of
sponsoring a GAP dinner meeting:
1. Recognition of the Sponsor in the GAP meeting notice.
2. A representative of the Sponsor will
be guests of GAP and seated at the head table with the speaker.
3. The Sponsor will be acknowledged and thanked from the
podium by the President of GAP.
4. If the Sponsor desires, brochures, favors or handouts may
be placed at the seat of each attendee or on the registration tables for
attendees to pickup as they leave the meeting.
5. The Sponsor will be given two minutes at the microphone to
make a brief presentation to attendees.
